Company Profile
Varman Aviation Private limited was established during 1994, initially as Stockists and Distributors of Aircraft spares and materials duly approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. VAPL has ever since successfully supported the Aviation Industry in India by providing efficient MRO services.
VAPL houses the country’s first Aero-Engine Overhauling Shop in the private sector to overhaul Piston as well as Turbine Engines at its premises in Export Promotion Industrial Park, Whitefield, Bangalore. It was started by individuals with years of experience in the Aviation field.
At VAPL we have a fully computerised well-furnished administration office, a sprawing 45000 sq.ft. Aero Engine overhauling facility supported by professionally trained Specialised Engineers and excellent marketing and customer care team.
VAPL has broken all traditional barriers and is the first company to stock and supply Aircraft parts / Consumables/Sealants, fasteners, Greases, Oils in India under Release Note against Rupee payment.
Varman Aviation Pvt. Ltd. has been overhauling Lycoming as well as Continental Engines for various customers like Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Academy (IGRUA), Madhya Pradesh Flying Club (MPFC), Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy (RGAA), National Flying Training Institute (NFTI), Nagpur, etc. More than 150 Engines have been overhauled including Engines from Jordan and Nepal, etc., as on date.
During the year 2007 – 08 Varman Aviation Pvt. Ltd. under its expansion program built a most modernized infrastructure for overhauling of Pratt & Whitney PT6A series of Turbo-Prop Engines, which powers Beach King Air C 90, and B200 and Twin Otter Aircrafts.
